Maine Made

When visiting a new place it is always fun to try and seek out a little memento of your trip that you might not find anywhere else! We are lucky to live in a state where creativity and quality are the norm.  Betsy's Sunflower in Brooklin  offers a carefully selected collection of unique items  that are made in Maine. Everything from  felted catnip mice & other treats for your canine and feline friends, to Maine made candles, fun and colorful cards and posters by Maine artists. So, if you are on vacation or visiting the area you will surely  find something locally made to take home with you.

..We love Leslie Evans and her beautifully crafted balsam pillows and runners! Our colorful and durable float rope mats will be back of course and our Brooklin "Boat building capital of the world" Tee's and cafe mugs are a huge hit. don't overlook our custom made marble coasters and trivets with the local Eggemoggin Reach navigational chart imprinted on them...perfect gift for anyone who longs to be here or wants a great reminder of a lovely visit.
Localy made Island Soaps are too much fun and Dr. Dandelions beautifully packaged soaps make a beautiful little gift to treasure.
Our book section features an ever growing number of titles by the local Maine authors we are lucky to have in our midst!
We have also sourced a number of great items from other creative areas of the country..Vt. NH, Tenn.,CA etc....so come check out all the new "made  in Maine" and the USA items we will have to offer this April when we reopen for the season!

We carry Maine's own Stonewall Kitchen jams and gourmet products, Northwoods Gourment Girl, , Maggies Farm wooden spoons and spreaders, Maine maple syrup and so much more!
