FALL FEATURES AT BETSY'S

Fall has arrived in Brooklin! Cool nights, warm breezy days and a hint of color in the trees. A slower pace settles in, boats start coming out of the water and firewood is stacked and ready.
Here at Betsy's we are changing gears as well, new fall and holiday merchandise is arriving daily. Right now we have lots of little goodies for Halloween. Treat your little ghosts and goblins to a sticker book, halloween cupcake kit, cookie cutters, a laughing pumpkin pen or an adorable felt trick or treat bucket!
We have lovely fall colors in candles, table linens, tea towels, cozy soft woven throws, scarves and more scarves to spice up your fall wardrobe! Specialty cookbooks, featuring the bounty of the garden, pickling and canning, pumpkins and squash and all manner of baking ideas for warming up the kitchen on these cooler days!
As always, we have the latest books by local authors including pulitzer prize winning author Michael Chabon's newest Telegraph Avenue. Lots of books and activities for kids too!
If you are an early shopper...we have a nice selection of Holiday Cards and plenty of little gifts for stockings! Our stock room is filling up with treasures for Christmas...but you'll have to wait just a bit  longer....We'll be enjoying the fall season and Thanksgiving before we go there!!
We are now keeping our fall hours, Tuesday through Saturday 10-5, but you can call 207-359-5030 for an appt. on a Sunday or Monday. (if you see the blue flags flying...we are open)
